He was predeceased by: his parents, Janina Mieczkowski and Jozef Mieczkowski. He is survived by: his wife Danuta Pianka; his daughters, Urszula Mieczkowska Dumond (Ryan) and Marta Mieczkowska Neubauer (Erik); his grandchildren, Jake, Dylan, Alexa, Ella Dumond, Natalia, Lucas and Layla Neubauer; and his sisters, Maria Pruszko (Wieslaw) and Ella Supronowicz.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Duksa Family Funeral Homes (332 Burritt St, New Britain, CT 06053). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (158 Broad St, New Britain, CT 06053). A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (662 Burritt St, New Britain, CT 06053).
