He was predeceased by: his parents, Veronica Heckman and George B. Heckman; his spouse Sandy Davis; and his sisters, Mary Margaret McCormick and JoAnne Heckman.
He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Heidi Charette and Melissa Babinski; his grandchildren, Madison and Alanis Charette; his great grandchild Weston Steck; and his siblings, George, Brian, Kevin, James, Timothy, Maureen Heckman, Patricia Portante and Eileen Gagliardi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Paul Church.
