He is survived by: his siblings, Raul Otano of Southington, Nelson Otano of Bristol, Wilbur Otano of New Britain, Angel, Carmen Otano of Bristol, Minerva Pagan of Plainville and Sonia DiDonato of Manchester, NH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chase Parkway Memorial (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
