He is survived by: his wife Boguslawa Blasiak (Mendyk); his daughters, Ewelina Blasiak (Filip), Karolina Polec (Krzysztof) and Kinga Wielk (Rafal); his grandchildren, Nikolas, Gabriel, Kevin and Marcel; and his sister Danuta Danielak (Andrzej).
