He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Milardo (Castiello); his grandparents, Albert, Carrie Castiello, Joseph and Anna Milardo; his father Joseph Milardo Jr.; his aunts and uncles, Lucy, Sue, Joe and Henry; his cousin David Castiello; his sibling's children, Mitchell Milardo and Carrie Andrews; and his close friend Nick Conti.
He is survived by: his siblings, Karen and Joe; his siblings' children, Amanda, Michael and Matthew; his cousins, Anne and John; and his aunt Louise (Paul). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
