He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. McCormack Sr. and Mary Rose McCormack (Guarrera); and his brother Thomas McCormack. He is survived by: his spouse Mary-Beth McCormack (Mango); his son Shawn McCormack (Jamie); his grandchildren, MJ and Riley of San Antonio, TX; his daughter Marci McCormack (Justen Barrett) of Portsmouth, RI; and his siblings, Michael McCormack (Mary Anne) of Middlebury and Mary Kay Jackman of Waterbury. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
