She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Cullum and Gertrude Cullum (York). She is survived by: her husband Ray Koley; her sister-in-law Maryann Cullum; her nephew Jason (Kate Cullum); her great-nieces, Ava Grace and Violet Cullum; and her close friends, Dave Bags, Kate and Maryann.
