It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan P. Schwartz of New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on May 19, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan P. Schwartz to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James and Catherine Davis (Murdock); her husband John F. Schwartz; and her siblings, Robert Davis (Florence), Raymond Davis (Phyllis) and Gloria Mongillo (Fred).
She is survived by: her daughter Robin Sanzo; her grandchildren, Joy Sanzo and P. J. Sanzo (Heather); and her great grandchild Wyatt Sanzo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Paul's Church (485 Alling St, Berlin, CT 06037). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Maple Cemetery (1164 Worthington Ridge, Berlin, CT 06037).
