We are sad to announce that, on September 28, 2025, at the age of 80, Joe F. McMillen (New Britain, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Joe shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Joe farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George McMillen and Charlene McMillen. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles McMillen, Garry McMillen, Beverly Locklear and Pam Cox; and his daughters, Kristi, Kim, Kelly, Kasey and Kari. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
