He was predeceased by: his father John A. Bylek, Sr.; and his sisters, Charlotte Potanka and Shelley Bylek (Jack Mitchell). He is survived by: his wife Karen Bylek (Tobias); his son Jesse (Michele Bylek); his brothers, Ray (Maria Bylek), Richard Bylek (Deb Grant) and Tim Chapman (Kathy); and his brother-in-law Danny Majewski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
