He was predeceased by: his sister Leah O'Neil of East Hampton, CT; and his godchild Cassie Greenhow. He is survived by: his siblings, Isabelle Blakemore of Washington, DC and Richard Rose of New Britain, CT; his wife Gwendolyn Pina; and his sons, John and Travis.
