He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Bouchard. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Bouchard (Gerent); his children, Donna Caruso (Michael) of Rocky Hill and David Bouchard (Melissa) of New Britain; his siblings, Rene Bouchard of Massachusetts, Ben Bouchard of Kensington and Noella LaChance of Plainville; and his grandchildren, Jake, Matthew, Lisa, Aryssa and Devin. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kitchen Restoration Fund, at the church.
