He was predeceased by: his daughter Ocean Helena Wojtaszek; and his brother Stanley Wojtaszek. He is survived by: his parents, Mieczyslaw Wojtaszek and Wladyslawa Wojtaszek (Szurlej) of New Britain; his son John C. Wojtaszek, Jr. of Stoewe, VT; his siblings, Mark Wojtaszek (Bogusia) of New Britain, Chester Wojtaszek (Monica) of Plainville, Margaret Urban (Robert) of Unionville and Amy Carlson of Plainville; and also Poland. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
