He was predeceased by: his parents, Juana Nieves and José Sindo Nieves. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Emily Nieves and Diany Marie Nieves; and his siblings, Felicita Cruz and Felipe Colon.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Erickson-Hansen Funeral Home (411 S Main St, New Britain, CT 06051). A burial was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (120 Smalley St, New Britain, CT 06051).
