He is survived by: his wife Renata Sempik; his daughter Monica; his son-in-law Matthew Bartoszkiewicz; his grandson Aleksander Bartoszkiewicz; his sister Joyce Andrews; and his friends, Rebecca Nowatzki and Raymond Sanford. He is also survived by sisters, along with several nieces and nephews.
