She is survived by: her husband Stefan Kosakowski; her pets, Sammy, Bandit, Duchess and Prince; her children, Jessica Kosakowski of New Britain and Steven Kosakowski of New Britain; and her brothers, Jerry Szyłobryt (Carole) of Elloree and Jonathan Szyłobryt (Vivian Bielski) of Brooksville.
