With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lisa Marie (Melnyk) Morris (New Britain, Connecticut), who passed away on November 27, 2025 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband R. James "Jamie" Morris; her parents, Walter Melnyk and Wanda Melnyk (Iwanik) of Newington; her children, Katherine Morris and Ryan Morris of Berlin; her siblings, Andrew Melnyk (Dorothy) of Newington and Laura Melnyk of Rocky Hill; her parents-in-law, Richard and Catherine Morris of Tolland; her sister-in-law Leslie (Shawn Hannon) of Ellington; and her nieces and nephews, Hannah, Maddie, Ellie, Caroline, Connor, Cooper and Brian. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for the education of her children or Breast Cancer Research.
