He was predeceased by: his brother Steven Sapko. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Sapko and Katherine Sapko (Malarney); his siblings, Sharon (Steven Byrne), Sandra (Robert Whinnem) and Michael J. Sapko (Carole Stankoski); his nieces, Nicole Byrne, Katelyn Byrne and Emily Byrne; and his nephew Brian Samuel Whinnem.
