She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Talbot; her daughters, Kathleen Scalise and Patricia Talbot; her grandson James Scalise, Jr.; and her siblings, Edward, Stanley Krupinski, Irene Skrzyniarz and Helen Marinelli.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Cook (Jim) of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Amy Backstrom (Scot) of Wallingford, Beth Cook (Seth DePasquale) of Michigan, Jonathan Scalise (Janet) of Southington, Cara Carlson (Erik) of Southington, Wendy Stone (Chris) of Wallingford and Misty Matthews (Patrick) of Newington; her great grandchildren, Fisher, Winter Backstrom, Ethan, Lane DePasquale, Isabella, Lily, Sofia, Olivia Scalise, Aniela, Nataly Carlson, Riley, Morgan, Evan Stone, Max and Peyton Matthews; and her sons-in-law, James Scalise, Sr. of New Britain and Dale Brunetto of New Britain.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carlson Funeral Home (45 Franklin Square, New Britain, CT 06051). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
