He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Preissel and Margaret Preissel (Rosner). He is survived by: his wife Jean Preissel (Bader); his children, Kerry Preissel (Diane) of Southington and Kelly Clarke; his grandson Tyler (Clarke); James Clarke of Southington.
