She was predeceased by: her husband Henry P. Bernacki; her parents, Edward Staskelunas and Margaret Staskelunas (Klisus); her brother Edward Staskelunas II; her great-nephew Edward Staskelunas IV; and her niece Shirley Henning (Veranis).
She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Maria), Peter (Charlene), Michael and Joseph (Maureen); her grandchildren, Mark (Valerie), Marybeth (Bryan), Joseph (Jessica), Jeffrey (Allison), Corey (Ben), Matthew (Colleen), Krystin (Colin) and Kaitlyn (Alex); her great grandchildren, Calvin, Beckett, Andre, Brielle, Nathan, Hallie, Naomi and Scarlett; her sister Patricia Coyle (Roger); and her sisters-in-law, Jean Staskelunas and Joan Veranis (Chuck). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
