He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Mlyniec and Amalia Mlyniec (Przewoznik); his son Piotr Mlyniec; and his grandson Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Danuta Mlyniec (Lacki); his children, Renata Szynal, Grzegorz Mlyniec, Malgorzata Polkowski, Adam Mlyniec, Marzena Mlyniec and Magdalena Mlyniec; his grandchildren, Daniel, Alex, Frank, Filip, Gabriel, Amelia, Olivia and Anthony; and his sisters, Kazimiera Mikrut, Maria Lacka and Danuta Swieszek. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
