He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Costa. He is survived by: his mother Carol Costa (LeHoskey); his sons, Stephen and David; his granddaughters, Raelyn and Evelyn; his siblings, Don (Cathy), Cherie and Ed (Karen); and his daughter Wendy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
