He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lorraine and Kasmir Jaksina. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Sandquist (Jaksina) of Southington; his brother Tyson Sandquist (Barbara) of East Hampton; and his uncle Brad Jaksina (Lisa) of New Britain. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
