She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hlavati (Billie) and Mary Hlavati; her husband Paul Phillips; and her granddaughter Alexandra Wosczyna. She is survived by: her children, William Wosczyna (Sharon) of Allentown, PA, Laurene Pellegrini (Michael) of Bedford, NH, Donna Grunwald of Plainville, CT, Patricia Drake (Rob) of Jerome, MI, Lynne Zettergren (Craig) of Sarasota, FL and John Wosczyna of New Britain; her sister Marianne Dominice of Greenwich; and her grandchildren, Catherine Cohen, Michael Grunwald, Elizabeth Davis, Steven Grunwald, Christopher Pellegrini, Marissa Pellegrini, Derek Wosczyna, Sierra Wensel and Shane Wensel. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
