He was predeceased by: his parents, William Donegan Sr. and Dorothy Charest of East Hartford; and his sister Jane Gorman of Cape Cod. He is survived by: his siblings, Pat (Joe Wheeler) of Wethersfield, Dorothy (Porri) of Ithaca and John Donegan of Farmington; his daughter Erin Frere (Eric) of Maryland; his granddaughters, Charlotte and Ella; and his stepparents, Francis Charest and Margie Donegan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
