He is survived by: his wife Leslie Fitler Furst; his daughters, Elizabeth Furst Frank, Catherine Furst Weiss and Susan Furst Knight; his grandchildren, Alec, Caroline, Nicholas Frank, Claire, Evan Weiss, Abby, Jay and Andrew Knight; and his brother Stephen Furst.
