He was predeceased by: his wife Corrine Fenwick (Goldstein); his parents, Charles Fenwick and Margaret Fenwick (Donovan); and his children, Dr. Melissa Fenwick and Daniel Fenwick.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Michael D. Damici of Bethlehem, CT; and his brother Robert Fenwick of Valley Stream, L. I. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
