He was predeceased by : his parents, Philip Smith and Margaret Smith (Foster); his brother Chesney Smith; and his nephew Thomas Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Donna Smith (Vogellus); his son Phil Smith (Tori) of Harwinton; and his siblings, Sara Phillips (Larry), LaVerne Cozakos (Gary), Frances Bujanowski, Maggie McAlister (Bertram), Debbie Steinmeyer, Tina Traweek (Alan) and Stuart Smith (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many cousins and extended family.
