Simmons, Jr. of Northfield; her grandchildren, Madelyn Perusse, Joshua Allen (Brianna), Kellie Ann Campagne of New London, Tator Simmons (Colleen) of Melborne and Bella Simmons of Meriden; and her sisters, Lori D'Angelo (Nick) of Torrington and Beth Ackjar (Richard) of Winsted. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
