Alfred J. Candido Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred J. Candido of New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on June 3, 2025, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred J. Candido and Natalie Rescigno Candido; and his brother Mark Candido. He is survived by: his siblings, Remigia Wojcik (Frank) and David Candido (Tony Rossley); his nieces and nephews, Christopher, David Candido (Jenelle), Adam (Kathleen), Steven and Lauren Wojcik; his great-nephews, Vincent, Joseph Candido, Aaron and Justin Wojcik; his sisters-in-law, Laurine Candido and Susan Criscuolo (Lisa King); and his pet Marco.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. (11 Wooster Pl, New Haven, CT 06511). A Mass will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (129 Edwards St, New Haven, CT 06511).
