He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vera Allen and Hubert Bowen; his wife Emily Watson; his brothers, Basil Collins (Emily) of Quebec and Leroy Hall of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; his stepsons, Dr. Guy Williams (Bonnie) and Gregory William (Robin); his grandchildren, Dr. Guy Williams, II, Ingred Williams and William Williams; his niece Tracy Philpot (Martyn); his nephew Michael Twitty; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Faith Ann Philpot, Cameron Twitty and Cory Twitty. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
