She is survived by: her siblings, Mobel Joy Stephens, Clive Jones, Berbeth "Donna" and Vangie Mullings; her sons, Mark Anthony Samuels and Christopher Lee Samuels (Dawn Samuels); and her grandchildren, Nia Samuels, Kiara Samuels, Jakobi Samuels, Chace Samuels and T'nasia Ward.
