She is survived by : her husband Samuel Phillips Sr.; her children, Jermaine Bulls (Viviana) and Tonya Bulls; and her grandsons, Jermaine Ramirez-Bulls and Camden Velez of New Haven, CT.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joy Temple Church (424 Howard Ave, New Haven, CT 06519). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
