He is survived by: his siblings, Bishop Theodore Brooks (Lillie), Mary Louise Harris-Harrell and Carol Oliver; his sisters-in-law, Helen Brooks and Andrea Jackson-Brooks; and his cousin Mary Morris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
