He is survived by: his mother Donna Sites; his sister Christina Sites of North Haven, CT.; his caregivers, Kathryn, Jennifer, Kristina, Kathy, Vanessa, Meredith, Regina, Irv, Karen, Corri, Simone and Kirsten; and his pets, Rich, Bella and Mitzi. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
