He was predeceased by: his parents, Dionisio Serrano and Carmen Rivera; and his siblings, Olga CortĂ©s and Francisco Serrano. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Serrano (Albert Maldonado) and Kenneth "PJ" Serrano of New Haven; his siblings, Milagros Soto of New Haven, Iris Fraguada of New Haven, Margarita Serrano of New Haven, Gloria Serrano of Arecibo, Angel Soto of Hartford and LuĂs Serrano of New Haven; and his grandchildren, Kayson Maldonado and Kalli-Rose Maldonado. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home (4 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
