He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet G. Brown and Theo Brown; his grandparents, Francis Brown and Avon Brown; and his siblings, Melvin Theo Brown, Arthur Brown and Doreese Brown.
He is survived by: his significant other Linda Marie Brown; his children, Valerien Allen, Chanel Allen-Stovall (Jeffrey), Schivonne Holmes, Samone Brown, Donald Brown Jr., Arthur Brown, David Lisbon (Toya), Rhonda L. Kendall (Robert) and Erika Lisbon; and his siblings, Roosevelt Brown, Rebecca Chesson (Michael), Vanessa Brown, Doris Toles, Samantha Ball, Joyce Jones and Peggy Mitchell. He is also survived by 8 sisters and brothers in-love, 26 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 266 Shelton Ave, New Haven, CT 06511. A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
