He was predeceased by : his brother Angel Luciano. He is survived by : his wife Jacqueline Rodríguez; his children, Sandra Luciano of Branford, Marilyn Luciano (Papo Sánchez) of New Haven, Nicole Luciano of West Haven, Efrain "Junny" Luciano (Damaris Méndez) of Bridgeport and Gabriel "Gabby" Luciano (Kristen) of New Haven; his stepchildren, David Serrano, Jessica Andino of New Haven and Manuel Andino; and his siblings, Elsa Rivera (Guillermo), Carmen Luciano, Nereida Soto (Rafael), Gladys Soto (Luís) of Hatillo, Vilma García (Wilmer) of Florida, Elizabeth Luciano of New Haven, Rey, Bolivar, Rafael, Moises Luciano (Cristy) of Florida, Octavio, Noel and Ruben Luciano (Nilsa) of Milwaukee, WI. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
