She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Lee Murray (Hall) and Bob Will Sutton; her husband Shedward Vereenone; her son Reginald Hall; her grandson Marlon McCoter; and her siblings, Charles Hall, Betty Rose Hall, Kim and Regina Murray (Mark Kendrick, Jr.).
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Hall (Charlene) of New Haven, CT, Dairwood "Bumpy" Vereen (Wendy) of New Haven, CT, Tyreese Hall (Shirley) of New Haven, CT, William Brantley of New Haven, CT, Elwood Vereen (Charmagne) of Hamden, CT., Jennifer Hall-Roberts (Hilbert) of New Haven, CT, Diane Carthens (Earl) and Vicky Chappelle of West Haven, CT.; her brothers, Thomas "Bull Baby" Murray (Evelyn) of New Haven, CT and Edwin Sutton (Linda) of Teachy, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Gamble and Henrietta Vereen of New Haven, CT. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
