He is survived by : his cousin Shaka Zulu; his mother Mother Lula Brown Woodson of New Haven, CT; his children, James Kendrick of New Haven, CT, Colisha Pagan (Ernest) of New Haven and Charmaine Edwards (Parrish) of New Haven; his siblings, Diane Corbett (John) of New Haven, Carolyn Woodson of Oakland, CA., Kwame Nkrumah (Shannon) of Hamden and Gary Woodson of New Haven; his grandchildren, Jadakys Ward, Tyronn, Eneera Harris, Lyrica Pearsall, Parrish Edwards, Jr., Paige Edwards, Harmony Jones and Alayjah Ford; his aunts, Martha Miller and Geraldine Royster; his uncle Ronald Brown of New Haven; and his close friend Colleen Waller. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
