She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Latela and Lorraine Jacobs (McDermott); her husband James Mazzetta; and her son Vincent Latela. She is survived by: her children, Gabi Latela of Branford, Anthony Mazzetta of Branford and Jared Latela of Naugatuck; her grandchildren, Aiden McElroy and Charlotte Latela; and her sisters, Melinda Jones (Charlie) of Guilford and Brenda Sorge (Gregory) of North Haven. She is also survived by many nieces/nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service (43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven, CT 06512). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (80 Taylor Ave, East Haven, CT 06512).
