He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Frasier and Charles Frasier, Sr.; and his siblings, James Otis Frasier, Charles Frasier, Jr., Reggie Frasier, Dewayne Frasier, Shirley Frasier and Theresa Frasier.

He is survived by: his daughter Ilana Mitchell; his grandchildren, Keyshon Giles, Morris Bell, Jr. and Rayonah Giles (Annette Ridenhour); his brother Harold Frasier; and his niece Nakia Frasier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
