George R. Foster Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George R. Foster of New Haven, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 12, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though George may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Daniel Imperati of West Haven and Sara Turcotte-Foster of New Haven; and his siblings, Gail Montagna (Joseph) of New Haven, Mark Foster (Lori) of New Haven, Gary and Ronald Foster. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Porto Funeral Home (234 Foxon Rd, East Haven, CT 06513). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
