She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Richard Thomas and Zadie Bell Thomas; her daughter Bonita Melanie Hunter of New Haven; her niece Patricia Thomas Alvarez; and her nephews, Philip Walter Thomas and Mark Silvers Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home (2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, CT 06518). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
