He is survived by: his brothers, Oliver Bros and Bassett; his wife Natalie Ann Perkins; his children, James C. Oliver, Jr. of Virginia, Tonya R. Wells (late Donald Myers) of Florida and Dr. Natikca Nicole Robinson (Kenneth) of Virginia; his siblings, Henry Oliver of Connecticut, Attis Oliver of Florida, Annie O. Godbee (late Leo), Annie Louise Oliver, Lucy Williams (Louis) and Barbara Jean Oliver; his siblings-in-law, Rev. Phillip R. Agee (Beverly) of Bridgeport, CT and Marilyn Perkins-Narcisse (late Larry) of Hamden, CT; his godson Ryan Sands of Orange, CT; and his aunt Josie Mae Chandler of Oak Park, MI. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
