She is survived by: her children, Deborah D. Bacote (Oxon Hill, MD) and Melvin A. Wilds, Jr. (New York); her grandson Nathaniel "Nate" H. Martin, III; her great grandchild Bria E. Martin (Oxon Hill, MD); and her siblings, Louise Williams (Carl), Gloria Gordon, Juanita Simon, Katrina Marsh, Faye Johnson (Reginald), Cheryl Wingate, Joy Wingate (Baltimore, MD), Ceroy Simon (Brenda), Eric Simon (Rebecca), Reginald Simon of Winston-Salem, NC and Kevin (Stephen). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; cousins.
