He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Mcneil Hines and Theodore Roosevelt Hines, Sr.; and his brothers, Theodore Roosevelt Hines Jr. and Leonard Hines, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Hines; his children, Jayson Hines and Jacquelyn Hines; his pet Jeronimo; his siblings, Linda Hines, Ola Yvonne Spann, Ronnie Hines (Cythina), Barbara Richardson (Roy) of New Haven, CT, Roberta, Tyron Adams (Sheena) and Paula Owens; his goddaughter Tia Owens of West Haven, CT; and his siblings-in-law, Gladys Blackmon of Cleveland, OH, Alice Burney of New Haven, CT, Ethel Harris (Kenyatta) of Windsor, CT and Barry (Stephanie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
