He is survived by: his son Dmitri Hollis of Meadville, PA; his sister Anne Hollis Dawkins (Charles) of Hamden, CT; his stepsister Bidy Worsley of Bridgeport, CT.; his cousin Joseph McCray; and his caregivers, Georgette and Mavern. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
