He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnny Edwards, Sr. and Mary Wimbush-Taylor; his grandparents, Joseph and Emma Wimbush; his wife Leda; his children, Debra Moultrie (Dwayne) of New Haven, CT, Janice Hunt of Lyons, GA, Alonzo Edwards (Sherrie) of Hamden, CT and Charlene Edwards; and his siblings, Thomasina Mincey-Weekes, Joyce Ann Macrae, Karen Edwards, Herbert "Tony" Mincey and Joseph Cobbs.
